The Life of Riley
It’s the best day ever.
5 days with my new human for whom I am totally responsible for protecting … it’s a lot of work.
My human and I went to pee in the yard last night at 2am. We heard something in the woods and we both ran inside … I feel good about alerting and protecting him.
Life yesterday was so stressful … my human walked back and forth to the office to the kitchen, to the bedroom, back to the office… all day long … why can’t he just stay in one place and let me sleep… plus the Amazon and UPS guys came by and I had to look all sweet and be on my best behavior.
I got a cookie for being sweet, but one false move from either one of them and it would have spelled trouble with a capital T. I can be vicious…
I have figured out that my human likes to stand in this glass cage and let water run all over him… and this is not the first time I have witnessed this event … in all my 8 months on this earth I have never seen anything like it. Weird.
I found this thing that if I stand in front of it, I get a nice breeze that cools me down after my yard patrol… it’s awesome …
Last week I was king of my castle and killing chickens at will … This morning I ate a moth and a spider … they are not as tasty as it sounds…
It’s been the BEST DAY EVER!
